News Media Workshop – Comment, Project No. P091200 Dear Sirs and Madams: The tagline on your website states it best: PROTECTING AMERICA’S CONSUMERS. To PROTECT means “to shield from injury, danger, etc.; defend.” In this vein, we both ask and urge that you protect us from the inherent dangers associated with project number P091200, as it is unequivocally in anathema to the First Amendment of our Constitution…for the imposition of its passage would directly violate our constitutional protection from the infringement of free speech. We personally object, in any manner whatsoever, to the controlling of the dissemination of information by any person, group, organization or institution, including that of any entity, with the inclusion of the state or federal government. Additionally, we explicitly frown upon being dually subjected and forced to fund these offensive, abhorrent projects and programs included within P091200. We urge each of you to do that which is just and right and true by defending and protecting our constitutional rights and freedoms. We kindly thank you for your deep consideration of this profound matter. Sincerely, Shawn and Hope Guinn
