From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
The Drudge Tax initiative to stifle, control, and/or tax free speech is a abomination against the Constitution and everything America has stood for before the extreme radical left-wing hate mongers, such as MoveOn.org, any George Soros-sponsored activity or organization, labor unions such as SEIU, and the Democratic national Committee gained some power during the 2008 elections. Your flagrant abuse of this forum to promote liberal journalism is a affront to me as a veteran. I didn't fight so you could control what I choose to freely listen to, read, or exchange ideas with. Journalism is already thriving in the internet age - you just don't like the fact that large news organizations that once fronted for the liberal left are finally getting some competition. Leave it alone - nothing is broken except - at long last - the death grip that the left-wing mainstream media has had in the past on news. Life is now exciting since I can finally hear opposing views to leftists - something I wasn't able to do before the internet.
