To: Federal Trade Commission: This comment is to bring to your attention The first ten amendments to our Blessed Constitution. On the 2nd day of February 1948, I took a oath to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, both foreign and domestic, so help me GOD. ALL members of the military past present and hopefully in the future take this oath. You will note WE DO NOT TAKE AN OATH TO PROTECT THE GOVERNMENT OR ITS EMPLOYEES, not even the people. The federal government has been growing more powerful at an ever increasing rate. It has now gone too far. The next coming elections will see Congress replaced that will reduce the uncontitutional power the government employees have seized. For your own good I strongly urge you to reconsider your pending unwise move and drop your proposed uncontitutional action. To inhibit freedom of speech via taxation will surely hasten your demise. Sincerely, JAMES H. EBLEN M/SGT USAF RETIRED
