If new businesses find themselves on hard time because of the internet and alternative source of delivering the news, it is the cause of the organizaztion. Freedom of speecha nd freedom of press means without government control, funding and favoritism for any particular organization or agency. The FTC cannot and shall not restrict or deny any media content through taxes and/or regulations which does not treat all organization and communication mediums equally. The private market must and shall decide through consumer demand the form, provider and medium from which it receives its news and entertainment,
