I view your proposed "Potential Policy Recommendations to Support the Reinvention of Journalism" as an attempt to circumvent our constitution and a BLATANT attempt to control free speech, and it frightens me VERY much. Jouralism DOES need reinvention, but NOT in this manner. Jouralism merely simply needs to go back to the way it USED to be. At present, journalism has taken a very Liberalist attitude and does NOT give us news but rather THEIR views. Are many of the News Media becoming extinct? Yes,and rightly so. Like any other "business" when they don't satisfy their customers they will go bankrupt, and that is their problem and SHOULDN'T be YOURS or OURS.
