From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
If the federal government funds journalists and journalist training, how will journalism ever be objective? If the federal government controls media outlets through regulation and taxation, then what is free speech if it is not free for all? Maybe that's how it's done in most countries, but the United States is not most countries. If the federal government seeks to control the peoples' behavior by selectively limiting our choices, then whose vision, I ask, are we to be living? Our creator gives us all free choice. That's an unalienable right. Read the Constitution.
