I have read with great interest your "future of journalism" recommendations. I disagree with you wanting to create a tax on web based news reporting sites and give this money to government media agencies. The new york times come to mind as an organization who twist the news to suite the leftist agenda and who would benefit from this tax. The "news" agencies you want to give funds to an not "TOO BIG TO FAIL" and should be ALLOWED TO FAIL. This is clearly why the backrupcy laws were written, to allow companies that aren't properly managed to take protection in the court system. The public needs fair and balanced news. To slant the news to suite the wants of a few is reprehensible and irresponsible.
