The proposed FTC's "Reinvention of Journalism" bureaucratic maneuver violates the express wording and intent of Amendment 1, U.S. constitution. "Congress shall make no law respecting the freedom of speech, or of the press..." It's high time that every bill offerred before Congress and all actions authorized by any agency of government be met with the intense scrutiny of Constitutional Authorization (i.e. that the sponsors of such legislation or action be required to cite the specific portion of the Constitution that authorizes such legislation or bureaucratic intervention).\ Wither the Constitution is the "supreme law of the land" or we exist at the whim of executive decree, legislative oversight, and/or judicial fiat.
