From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
NO censorship, no regulation, NO tax and NO control of my free speech. As an American citizen I enjoy the right to free speech and support the rights of others to disagree with me. To censor, control and tax journalism and the media is to censor, control and deny me my rights and my freedom of speech. Se[ite the fact there is much publicized and made avaialble I do not agree with I support their right to speak their opinion. I have the same right to be heard and to speak my opinion. Others who feel as I do have the right to publicize these opinions as well. The very second this right to free speech is denied we cease to be a democracy. We cease to be a free country and become no different than any other socialist or communist country where only the government decides what is truth and tells the its people what they can and cannot say , think or believe. The hundreds of thousands of men and women who fought for our freedom would have sacrificed their lives for nothing. Say NO to this atrocity. Stand proud. Stand firm. Stand free.
