From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
Since freedom of press stands (thus far, in this country) as one of the MOST IMPORTANT OF FREEDOMS, the FTC - along with all the rest of 'government' - needs to keep its nose out/hands off journalism; most particularly in what appears as a 'paternalistic' effort to exert control over it by "training" journalists. To anyone who is a Patriot and a Constitutionalist, this attempt is APPALLING and merits immediate barring. For the United States to survive the onslaught of what looks like rampant Socialism (all civilizations fall from within) - aided and abetted by a power-hungry Congress, our 'representatives' MUST SUPPORT A FREE PRESS (as opposed to trying to control it!)
