It is not in the purview of the federal government to remake an industry in the image it thinks it should be. The government is becoming more like reigning royalty as opposed to a constitutional republic. I find all the socialist and fachist attempts at restricting our freedoms unconstitutional. This type of government intervention will eventually destroy our country. You people need to take care of budgets, immigration and the programs already in place. Maybe the FTC will be disbanded when all the money is gone and the printing presses are burned out. Also adding another tax on us is going to only add to the growing anger against the government and it's employees. Government employees are becoming taxing, rights stealing over paid "unpublic" servants. Let the American people decide what they wish to listen to. Don't tax me or tell me what I can listen to or watch. Voting all you power hungry politicians out of office is what's next. It's time to take our country back from self serving government employees looking to extend some sort of socialist agenda. You want to live with socialism move to Greece.
