From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
FTC Your duty at the FTC is in your following mission statement To Protect Americans ... not to create a series of taxes that would stifle free speech and try to silence we the people. As a proud American Citizen I encourge you to reject... “Reinventing Journalism” The purpose of this is to silence us. Dont like what we have to say? Bloggers and town Criers is Journalism at its core not the institutionalized media that you have come to love. They dont ask the tough questions. The FTC's mission is to protect consumers from fraudulent or deceptive claims that mislead consumers, and from harmful business practices that undermine the competitive process. The work of each of the agency's three Bureaus is unified behind this mission, and the Office of Policy Planning articulates the policy goals that support that mission. Thank you, Proud American Citizen
