I am adamantly against everything this report proposes. This is tantamount to "manipulating free speech." No more taxes, in any form! Absolutely no government involvement in "training" journalists! Let the free market decide which news organizations thrive and which die a natural death. We don't have a problem that needs to be "fixed" and this is just another example of the Obama administration trying to control the media and stifle opposition in any way they can. People are intelligent enough to sort through the information available to determine what is legitimate news and what is just "opinion" and we do not want our FREE SPEECH and FREE PRESS messed with in any way. Stop trying to control journalism. Ir will do fine on its own. "Journalists" can post their stories on an internet newspaper as well as a print one. This is just another consideration of yet another bailout which also happens to open the door for government control of the press. ENOUGH!
