From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
Future of Journalism Drudge Tax is unconstitutional at the very least and downright cruel. Why should txpayer's, particularly conservative ones, have to pay a tax to hear views other than the liberal media's. If a person (or orgainization or media) can betaxed for their conservative views, this wold be horribly precudiced. Also why should any of us have to pay tax on using our cell phones, IPods, etc. we already pay tax on our monthly house phone and cell phones. My daughter is 1,000 miles away, is deaf and our only fast method to communicate is texting. Yet I understand there may soon be a tax on this. Where is the freedom that our forefathers fought to achieve? Please reconsider this entire 47 page document. We are tired of censorship, regulations, tax, tax, taxes, and the government trying to control our lives. We cannot afford another bailout. Please back off!!!!!!!
