Amendment I Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH, or of THE PRESS; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. If this Amendment to the Federal Constitution has been removed, please make that clear, backed with appropriate documentation to that effect. If not, then ANY attack on Free Speech and Freedom of the Press, whether trying to silence those on the Right or the Left, is unconstitutional.
