From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
The American people want less government in their lives, not more. This state of nanning has to stop. People are already taxed to the brink, many are considering leaving the country, you are so intent on destroying, in search of better opportunities elsewhere. This 47-page bureaucratic plan for the “Reinvention of Journalism” outlines a series of taxes that would stifle free speech, spitting in the face of the Constitution. MRC’s Vice President for Business and Culture, Dan Gainor, who helped break this shocking story, says the report contains the word “tax” 95 times and is part of “an extensive attempt by the Obama Administration to seize control of the press.” This soviet regime must stop. There are too many taxes already. Less government promotes growth; more government promotes a welfare state. Freedom of speech and freedom of the press, keep this country from becoming a dictatorship. Why are you trying so hard for America to become one.
