Decisions related to any aspect of Constitutional Rights must never be in the hands of one department. Freedom of speech, no matter how onerous must NOT be tampered with. Having individuals trained by ANY administration rather than academic schools is clearly a means to control what is reported. This is similar to Hitler having children report on behaviors of their parents, if it went against what Hitler had in mind for the German People. Is this what America is coming to, controlling what information we are exposed to? Remember what Niemoller said, "THEY CAME FIRST for the Communists, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist. THEN THEY CAME for the trade unionists, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist. THEN THEY CAME for the Jews, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew. THEN THEY CAME for me and by that time no one was left to speak up." or John Dunne, "All mankind is of one author, and is one volume; when one man dies, one chapter is not torn out of the book, but translated into a better language; and every chapter must be so translated...As therefore the bell that rings to a sermon, calls not upon the preacher only, but upon the congregation to come: so this bell calls us all: but how much more me, who am brought so near the door by this sickness....No man is an island, entire of itself...any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee."
