Free press and free speech means just that, free. You can't tax it. You cannot decide what people are to listen to. There is a diversity of speech, press, broadcast, and internet venues that cover every topic from every side imaginable. The government needs to keep out of it. Read the first amendment. This was put into the Constitution just for situations like this where the government wants to decide for us what we can listen to.
