I was "lucky" to realize my credit card could have been compromised, and thankfully cancelled my longstanding account to keep the company from charging me. I received the free product and realizing there was no way to actually "try" the product by the deadline for responding... the negative option...and there was NO WAY to contact the company, I had to close out my credit card. There are so many folks who weren't so lucky, as I found out when researching this company which changed names and numbers, operated out of Canada, and sent product from China! Please eliminate the NEGATIVE OPTION method of doing business. It is easy for unethical companies to take advantage of consumers and should be illegal.
