I would like to see some sort of regulations to make these companies be truthful. It is rediculous when an entire company, product, advertisement, etc, is based solely on lies. You cannot believe anything anymore. There has to be some way of regulation and authentication of facts. Also, something needs to be done to regulate these free trial offers that are merely ploys to steal your money. I recently tried a "free trial" of a product with terms that if I do not cancel within the 2 wks I will be billed $119 and then $30 per month. I began trying to cancel after 1 wk and can't make contact with the company by phone or email, and there is a stipulation that you cannot send the item back until you make contact to get a return authorization number. So far I am out $150 for a product that is worthless. There MUST be some way to force these companies to use good business practices. This is theft and deception plain and simple.
