16 CFR Part 310 Telemarketing Sales Rule- Debt Relief Amendments
My government,in just over 14 months Debt Regret and their excellent staff has helped my wife and I settle 3 of 7 delinquent credit card accounts for an average of 69% less than the total owed. My wife and I are well on our way to eliminating nearly $100,000.00 in credit card debt. You ask me how can someone get themselves into this much red. I honestly don’t know why we let this happen, but I can tell you that once you get into debt over your head it escalates out of control at an extraordinary pace. Thanks, to Debt Regret, we now have a financial plan being managed by professional debt managers that understand the ins and outs of dealing with and settling accounts with these credit card companies. I would recommend Debt Regret to anyone in our situation. This is better than bankruptcy. The credit companies have for years preyed on consumers with high intrest rates, high late charges, and have been unreasonable to communicate with the consumers about options for paying their debt off. Debt relief companies provide a great service in the capacity of negotiating these settlement plans. Any government regulations that restricts the debt relief companies ability to help the consumers and the creditors ability to resolve debt would be, in my opinion, a bad decision by our government officials. Sincerely, Marlon Todd Woodward
