16 CFR Part 310 Telemarketing Sales Rule- Debt Relief Amendments
I was going through some hardship and had 7 credit cards totaling up to 50k in debt. I went through a bankruptcy in the early 90's and was looking for a different way to handle the problem without going through bankruptcy. After looking into other alternatives I decided to go with Debt Regret. They are helping me get settlements with the credit card companies (CCC) with very little hassle with the CCC’s and they handle the negotiations. Debt Regret keeps in touch with me with all issue. When I send them the documentation they need, or the calls I received from the CCC’s, they contact me back letting me know they received the information. They also call and keep in touch to make sure I do not have any questions or concerns. My name is Vincent Pratt and I am requesting that the FTC not regulate debt settlement out of business. I have been using Debt Regret for a year now and find them very helpful in handling my financial problem and they have saved me not just time and money, but some peace of mind that my credit is not going to be worse off than when I went through bankruptcy years ago. Thank you, Vincent Pratt
