Prohibitions On Market Manipulation and False Information in Subtitle B of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007

Over the Memorial Day weekend i was on the road and went through Eatontown Nj. I stopped at a gas station for gas, it was a Citgo ( express19) It is located on Rt 35. The Huge outside sign said $3.64 for regular, i pulled in and noticed on the pumps the signs said $3.84 for regular. When i asked the attendent about it he just laughed and said the price is different, I said that illegal and he said yea i know and laughed and walked away. I passed the same station on Sunday 5/25/08 and the signs were still the same. isn't that false advertising and against the law. In this day of higer and hiogher gsds prices we shound thave to put up with that also.Had i not bee so tired i wold have called the police then and there. I just think that gas stations should have the right prices posted. This guy used the wrong price to get peopel in the station but i did see about 5 cars pull in see what was going on and left.
