Proposed Consent Agreement In the Matter of Phusion Projects, LLC, Jaisen Freeman, Christopher Hunter, and Jeffrey Wright, FTC File No. 112 3084

I am requesting that the FTC withdraw the agreement on Four Loko. There is a lack of science and lack of support from the public health community and other industry members. The 23.5 oz cans is more than the federal standards for one drink per day for females, and two per day for males. These products are for immediate consumption. One can lacks on half oz. being equal to two beers. Remember this. It only takes 3 beers in an hour for a 150 lb. person to register .08 on the breathalyzer. Thes drinks being sweetened will encourage teenagers to drink more and get many of them addicted which will cause a lifetime of misery for them.
