I would like to express my support for consideration of requirements for manufacturers and importers of garments to provide consumers with professional wetcleaning 'labe when is applicable. I believe that doing so is an impprtant step towards educating the public and dry cleaning industry about the professional wet cleaning alternatives available. We switched our process about one year ago to 100% wet cleaning and we clean all garments with our process except drapes but we do it with taking the risk. I think especially manufacurer of clothing should be required to test their products with all available processes such as Professional Wet clean, Green earth ...etc. "Dry clean only" has lost it's meaning. I think it is time and hope that FTC comes with a better solution for care label rule that enhances the process for consumers, manufacturer, and cleaners.
