My daughter charged over $400 in a game called Bakery Story. As you know, the delineation between real money and pretend money is non-existent (at least at the time). I have contacted Apple (iTunes) and they will not give me a refund and support staff know nothing of the $32.5 million agreement. I have never been contacted by Apple and I suspect most folks like myself with "unauthorized" purchases will never get their money back. Apparently, Apple was to contact all users with "unauthorized" purchases, but how is that determined? I have never been contacted by Apple even despite the fact that I called Apple 2 - 4 months after the "unauthorized" purchases were initiated. I was denied restitution then, and I firmly believe I will be denied restitution now and in the future. The amount Apple has to refund is ridiculously low and is probably .00001% of the true damages. I am ashamed of the corporate greed Apple and its vaunted iTunes game developers are continuing to exhibit. Scott Clamp [redacted]
