I filed a fraud case with my bank 14months ago when I had nearly $400 from Apple hit my bank account. The bank investigated and determined that my account was charged "with consent" for in app purchases that my son apparently made on my apple account one day when he was playing the game on my iPad , not realign it was charging my account each purchase. I was devastated to have no recourse with Apple or my bank. In reading this proposal, I am elated that there will be recourse. The companies need to have better security in place to prevent this from occurring. I feel like a password should be required for each purchase not giving a second purchase a chance. Thank you for protecting the parents(and children) from this type of activity. As a middle class hard working family it's appreciated.
