Proposed Consent Agreement In the Matter of Phusion Projects, LLC, Jaisen Freeman, Christopher Hunter, and Jeffrey Wright, FTC File No. 112 3084

Commissioners: We wish to ask that you extend the time period for comments on the proposed agreement with Phusion Projects. We would appreciate it if you would add another 60 days to the original 30-day period. Many stakeholders from a variety of communities and fields of expertise would like to participate and share their input and concerns with you, but are not able to, due to the brief comment period. From parents and family members of youth, to state regulators and attorneys general, public health groups and industry members as well, there are many who have important perspectives on this matter that should be included. It takes a long time in many organizations to navigate the required protocols in order to make comments in this type of process. Additional time would allow many more stakeholders to offer their feedback. This is an important issue for public health, for state regulation and for industry, and deserves more time for comments to be made--an additional 60 days, to make a 90-day comment period in total, seems appropriate and reasonable. Thank you for your consideration of this request. Sincerely, Sarah Mart
