Commissioners should be so informed that in the public comment period there is a delay of a couple weeks for comments to appear and then they are backdated to the received date if electronically. As in any discussion involving representative action it is good that public can participate in real time the discussion at hand. At this time the FTC has two comments relating to this issue that have been sent and placed via my email previous email inquiries. Should more comments appear as duplication please note it is an attempt to submit before the deadline and be assured others would have a chance to respond to my comments. I have made the various associations aware of my comments. The goal is for more community responses. But of course they will now appear after close of the comment period if at all. I am hopeful a respected number will comment as that will show, in part, a belief in a freedom without economic fear to do so. I have reattached my January 9, 2014 submission and if it is duplication of my emails at this time FTC may want to rethink the timely interaction of comments during the open period.
