MBCI Consulting NEWS U Can USE Publication Resoure along with professional legal mediation consultant/lawyers/advocates continue to monitor collectors use of (mobile phones, emails,social networks etc) consistent with applicable laws, including the FDCPA and Section 5 of the FTC Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 45(a). Collectors/Collection agents and Debt buyers are regulated under the FTC act and concerns for the public such as violations of privacy and targeting should and warrant investigation.
