Waivers for ACOs, in order to give them an "immunity" against breaking antitrust and consumer protection laws, is well assinine, unconsttitutional, racketering by the DOJ (fencing, ruuning cover for its bosses, who are asking to be law breakers)...are you listening/reading...do you not have any legal reasoning, moral compass, insight?
