Why does this order only apply to Ganley and one dealer in maryland? Shouldn't this order be applied to ALL retail automobile sales establishments? Sounds like common-sense advertising/marketing rules that should apply to everyone. When will consumers be able to buy a car like you buy milk.....walk in, look at the price, decide if you want it or want to shop. The days of the 1960's ""sales"" strongarm, hidden/unknown price, everyone pays different NEED TO BE RETIRED for good! Come on FTC....look BIGGER....justify your existence. The auto dealer network, good-ole-boy, practice needs to be deep-sixed.
