Proposed Consent Agreement In the Matter of Facebook, Inc., FTC File No. 0923184

Finally! Facebook gets some payback! I brought the privacy issues to light on my Facebook wall page in 2009. At the time I was using a nickname, Facebook asks for nicknames but wont let you use them (private info gathering again?), and apparently my nickname was not allowed, and shortly after writing a post/thread had every intention of trying to tell Facebook their privacy policy and practices are flawed. Facebook banned me for speaking out. No big Loss. I was forced to sit back and watched all my friends and family begin to receive, exponentially, increased amounts of junk mail and junk emails. I did try warn my friends to no avail. I believe I was maliciously singled out and banned for trying to make a public statement against Facebook from several associated sites. I would consider rejoining Facebook if I was compensated for all the emotional stress and hurt Facebook has caused me, including the loss of many contact channels with friends. I would settle for a refund money I spent on the browser games that I was conned/scammed out of, when I was banned, I could not play those games anymore. Which wasnt much. I also think Facebook should be held to uphold Freedom of Speech laws, allowing its user to speak out about whatever issue they want without, fear of retribution, like what was taken out on me. Facebook should also be held accountable for cleaning up the mess this created, do you realize how hard it is to get removed from spam lists???? EFFIN HARD! Thanks for reading this, I was rather tired when I wrote it, so if you need clarification.....
