[For privacy reasons, please do not display my postal code. UK postal codes identify the actual house]. Dear FTC enforcement team, I welcome the action taken by FTC regarding the false claim of Safe Harbor membership by DataMotion. I support the proposed consent order. I trust that the FTC will also take steps to ensure that DataMotion complies with Principle 7 of the Safe Harbor, as they do not currently provide any information or contact details on their independent dispute resolution provider in their public privacy policy. Principle 7 is an important protection for consumers, and the FTC should not be reaching consent agreements with organisations who fail to comply with the substantive principles of the Safe Harbor.
