THESE PUBLIC COMMENTS ARE FOR FTC WORKSHOP. MY COMMENTS ARE REGARDING OFF-SHORE WEBSITES WHICH COPY AMERICAN PUBLIC RECORDS AND DO NOT OBEY ANY LAWS. TWO EXAMPLES ARE MARYLANDCOMPANIES.ORG AND BUSINESSPROFILES.COM Both of the websites have blatantly copied the records of All American businesses and have not offered any privacy policy. These websites are hosted in countries which have no laws such as China, India, Russia (I think). How can we remove our information from such websites? How can FTC take action against these companies? I am requesting FTC to also make laws so that hosting companies are also liable for protecting such websites.
