I object to the proposed "Fuel rating rule review 16 CFR part 306 Project No.R811005". I am a member of the Antique Motorcycle Club of America and am a collector of old cars. That in itself is enough to object however I also own and operate chainsaws, mowers, leaf blowers etc.. Not only is it wrong to be vague with a label that does not identify exactly the percentage of ethanol in a blend, it is my opinion that no ethanol should be blended into any gasoline given the millions if not billions of dollars consumers have spent on repairs or out right scraping of otherwise perfectly good equipment due to the 10% level of ethanol in gas. I know because I am a mechanic. If you want to offer ethanol as a stand alone product such as E85 that's fine. Let the buyer beware, but stop this blending madness.
