Re: In the Matter of LNK International, Inc.
FTC Docket No. C-4037
Dear Mr. Mollica:
The Division of Enforcement staff has reviewed your submissions of May 13, July 19, and September 24, 2002, which you have filed to show the manner and form of LNK International’s (“LNK”) compliance with the order referenced above, which was issued on February 19, 2002.
LNK reports that it shipped products in packaging that did not comply with Part I of the order due to a computer error. LNK also reports that it has corrected this error and destroyed its remaining noncompliant inventory.
Staff has concluded, on the assumption that the information submitted is accurate and complete, that no compliance action is indicated at this time. We will not be precluded, however, from recommending to the Commission an appropriate action if the submitted information is inaccurate or incomplete or if LNK violates the terms of the order.
Sincerely,
Elaine D. Kolish
