To the FTC File #0710114..I have been a resident of Boulder Co since 1973 and was an early customer of "Alfalfa's Market".This grocery store was way ahead of it's time in supplying healthy organic foods to Boulder.. In addition the owners contributed to many of the non profits in town.. It was a win win for this community. The name has a special place and belongs to the store coming back to Boulder. The name Alfalfa's is a brand that most Boulder residents remember and associate with quality, local, organic foods. I hope you act favorably in allowing the "new" owners of Alfalfa's to use the name here in Boulder. This store will provide needed competiton to Whole Foods a well as hire a few hundred local people.. also the profits will stay in the Boulder county area, What's not to like about this transction??? Please let the tansaction proceed and the name Alfalfa's go with the new store. Respectively John J Moritz
