Dear Sir or Madam, As the owner of a small organic products business based in Boulder, CO, I encourage you to support the purchase of the Alfalfa's Market name and intellectual property to A-M Holdings of Boulder, CO. A-M Holdings includes the co-founder of the original Alfalfa's Market, one of the first full-service, large scale natural and organic grocery stores in the U.S., and other industry veterans that are very experienced in whole foods and community markets, and also are very supportive of the growth of locally based natural, organic and sustainable products business. A locally based Alfalfa's Markets, operated by A-M Holdings, comprised of seasoned and successful industry pioneers, will create many jobs in the Boulder region, and will support the growth of many local vendor businesses-and contribute to the overall economic health of the community.
