Dear Mr. Ducore, This is a simple case. The upside is more varied, healthy food for Maine's largest city and the surrounding area. There are several hundred thousand folks within a half hour drive of here. There is no downside as far as I can see. The Supermarket parking lots are usually jammed, as there are only two downtown.
