I don't understand how your agency is involved. Trader Joe wants to locate here in Portland. I would think they would have determined the demand for their product, the likely hood of the people of Portland supporting their store. People I speak with are truly excited about Trader Joe locating here. I have never seen such enthusiasm for the prospect of a business comming to Portland. A perfect fit, please give your blessing, your approval, your aurhorization, whatever is required to move this along.
