Since I learned a Trader Joe's might open in Portland, I have been ECSTATIC! It is the BEST food store I know. I used to shop regularly at the Fairfield, CT Trader Joe's. Now I acquire minimal quantities of Trader Joe's goods when visitors from store areas visit me. Though I live 75 miles north of Portland, near Rockland and Camden, a Portland store is akin to almost having one in the "back yard"! This area, Knox County, has a sizable population that knows Trader Joe's and will shop at a Portland store. We can take ice chests with us and even purchase frozen foods! Yahoo! PLEASE let a Portland Trader Joe's become REALITY!! The SOONER the BETTER!!
