Please approve the sale of the old Wild Oats building to Trader Joe's. Trader Joe's has spectacular offerings in terms of inexpensive frozen foods and wines. Simply having another choice besides Whole Foods (which we used to have - Wild Oats and Whole Grocer) would be wonderful. The city has invested heavily in the redevelopment of the area, but its efforts are thwarted by an empty building. This is a no-brainer: TJ's wants the space, and Portland wants Trader Joe's!
