Maine needs Trader Joes!!!! Trader Joe's is, from what I've seen, practically the only natural foods store that doesn't break our budget. Every few months, when driving thru Boston, we load up on about $400 worth of food there. The clerks always have the same comment: "Oh, I bet you're from Maine. Mainers are always coming thru and stocking up. " We can't afford Whole Foods, and they need some competition: their prices are outrageous! And just think of all the money we'd spend in Maine rather than driving to Boston to spend it.
