Dear Mr Ducore I am a huge fan of Trader Joe's. I routinely travel to Massachusetts and shop there. When I read in the paper this morning that one may finally be opening in Portland, ME I was elated! Every time I'd pass by the old Wild Oats building I would think "that would be the perfect spot for Trader Joe's". I really did. Portland will definitely benefit by having this grocery store. A little healthy competition for Whole Foods doesn't hurt either. There is an excited buzz around town about this possibility...you would make a lot of people happy by approving the sale of the building to Trader Joe's. Thank you Terry Guerette
