It was very unfortunate to have allowed Whole Foods to eliminate Wild Oats in Portland, Maine. We have less choice. Allowing Trader Joe's to swallow up Whole Foods is another attack on our choice and opportunities. Trader Joe's would be a welcome addition as an alternative to Whole Foods, and could occupy the former Wild Oats location, which is still vacant.
