Portland, Maine is the perfect location for a Trader Joe's location. The income and demographic fit well. Furthermore, Portland is a city of people who love good food, as evidenced by innumerable NY Times/Wall Street Journal/etc articles hailing it as a "food mecca," and a culinary diamond in the rough. We need a Trader Joe's!
