<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>The Buyers Guide is an excellent tool for the consumer to be able to determine if there is a warranty on a particular used vehicle. However, because of the many different ethnic groups in the State of California it is difficult to place all the necessary disclosure guides on the vehicle. I would like to  recommend that a combined buyers guide be approved for use. This would alleviate the necessity to have two different buyers guides attached to the window. Due to the current economic times dealerships are having to lower their overhead costs, one way would be to allow a combined Spanish/English Buyers Guide.</body></html>
