This rule needs to be retained and expanded.
I think there should be a rule that when sales are advertised they should begin on the day of publication. I find myself going to a grocery store or drug store for a sale only to discover that it begins the next day. I've given up on some stores, like RiteAid. They never have the sale items. Maybe the best solution is to just ignore all ads.
