Target Stores have a habit of advertising items that are not in stock. Black Friday 2009 they advertised a 500mg portable hard drive. I was there early when the store opened & went right to the electronics dept. They had none & offered no rain check. The next day (Sat). I was there and they had them but wanted full price. I asked for the manager and she was real nasty about it and refused to sell at the advertised price. In 2010 xmas season they advertised a 26" TV for $199. My wife was there when the store opened but they had none. They sent her to a store in another town. They had none either. She stopped at a Walmart on the way home, showed them the Target add and they sold her the TV for $199.
